- Check-in: 5 pm, check-out: 10 am
- Extra bed (2 available): 30€/bed & night (20€/bed & nigh for “Mindfulness and Zen” seasons)
- 2 cots available: by courtesy, linen included (no extra charges)
Payment conditions and security deposit
- 40% at the time of formalization of the reservation. Payments will be done to the company Living Mindfulness S.L. account.

- 60% up to 2 weeks before the check-in to the same account.
REFUNDABLE deposit of 500 €
- Delivery 500€ by bank transfer together with the 2nd payment. The deposit will be returned by bank transfer once it has been verified that the house is in the conditions in which it was delivered with a maximum of 2 working days from the delivery of the keys.
Cancelation Policy
- 100% refundable if cancellation occurs up to 12 weeks before check-in (expect 75€ for cancellation expenses)
- 50% refundable if cancellation occurs up to 4 weeks before check-in.
- 25% refundable if cancellation occurs up to 2 weeks before check-in.

Terms of use
- Respect for the neighbours rest, especially after midnight
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking outside: porches, garden, barbecue.
- The home will be delivered in the conditions in which it was delivered, including the items that are made available to guests. The furniture in the room where it was delivered.
- Cleaning fee estimates 12 hours. An additional charge will be included if longer time is required.
- The celebration of events or parties without prior approval is not allowed and entails special rates. It is necessary to inform at the time of booking
- Early check-in/late check-out requires availability and has an extra cost
- Maintenance staff have access to garden and garage
