    • Check-in: 5 pm, check-out: 10 am

    • Extra bed: 30€ per bed and night.

    • 2 baby cots available (without extra charge, sheets included)

Terms of payment and security deposit

  • 40% down payment when formalizing the reservation. PAYMENT by bank transfer to BANKINTER, S.A. bank account:
    • IBAN: ES0701285490010100000763 – SWIFT: BKBKESMMXXX.
    • Account holder: Living Mindfulness, S.L.
  • 60% down payment up to 2 weeks before check-in. PAYMENT by bank transfer to the same bank account.

REFUNDABLE deposit

  • €500 deposit
  • It has to be payed by bank transfer together with the second payment. The deposit will be returned by bank transfer once it has been verified that the house is in the conditions in which it was delivered, with a maximum of 2 business days from the return of the keys.

Cancellation policy

  • 100% refundable if the cancellation occurs up to 12 weeks before check-in, except €75 for cancellation fees.
  • 50% refundable if cancellation occurs up to 4 weeks before check-in.
  • 25% refundable if cancellation occurs up to 2 weeks before check-in.

Conditions of use

  • Respect the neighbours, especially after 12 at night.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can smoke outside: porches, garden, barbecue
  • The villa will be returned in the conditions in which it was delivered, including the belongings that are made available to the guests. Clean and organized kitchenware. The furniture in the conditions and in the place in which it was delivered.
  • Cleaning costs are estimated for 12 hours. An extra charge will apply if a longer time is required.
  • The celebration of events or parties without prior approval is not allowed and involves special rates. It is necessary to inform at the time of booking.
  • “Early check-in”/ “Late check-out” requires availability and prior approval and involves special rates.
  • Maintenance personnel (pool and garden) are allowed access to the garden, pool and garage area for this purpose.
